SGA Schedule 2011   

Sycamore Golf Association Events, Times, Dates, and formats for 2011

$30 to join Association, includes a handicap with the Indiana Golf Assoc.  Entry fees are $14 per event; $9 to prize money, $3 to the SGA, $1 to the 3 top point winners, & $1 to the season ending match play event.  The Spring Open is a 2 day event and counts as two tournaments with double points.  New for 2011-There will be a 9 hole shootout on September 4 with the top 20 point winners.  This will be the last event to earn points before the season ending match play. 

April 23 (Sat.) 1pm—Marks Game format
May 14 & 15 (Sat. & Sun.) 1pm Sat./9am Sun.--Spring Open; Individual Gross & Net-invite players from other courses!
May 28 (Sat.) 1pm—Alternate Shot
June 12 (Sun.) 1pm—Flag Day
June 26 (Sun.) 1pm—1 Best Ball Gross & 1 Best Ball Net
July 16 (Sat.) 8am—Member/Member/Guest 27 Holes
July 23 (Sat.) 1pm—4 BB of the Foursome (1 gross & 3 net)
August 6 (Sat.) 1pm—Beat the Pro (lose to the Pro )
August 27 (Sat.) 9am—2 man Best Ball (Four-Ball) Low Net
Sept. 4 (Sat.) 5pm--SHOOTOUT (top 10 from SGA points list)
Sept. 4 (Sat.) 5:30 pm—SHOOTOUT (SGA points list #’s 11-20)
Sept. 4 (Sun.)—Match Play begins.  It’s the player’s responsibility to set up the match with their opponent.  Top 32 point getters will qualify.  The goal will be to finish all the matches by October 1, 2011.
